Fuller's earth or fuller's earth has excellent absorption properties. When using Fuller's earth in facial masks, excess oil on the skin is effectively bound. Impure skin, which is often caused by hyperactive sebaceous glands, is freed from impurities. The clay also soothes the skin as it stimulates blood circulation, metabolism and wound healing. This special clay frees the skin of dead skin cells and thus improves both nutrient absorption and skin respiration. Due to its deep cleansing properties, the product is ideal for skin prone to clogged pores. Fuller's Earth gently removes excess sebum and impurities and has a cooling effect.
For dry skin conditions, we recommend using our Fuller's earth powder in conjunction with jojoba oil to achieve a moisturizing effect. For impure and oily skin conditions due to hyperactive sebaceous glands (e.g. acne), Fuller's earth can be mixed with a little water and tea tree oil to create a paste that can be used as a mask.
